Thanks. I surely will have a question of two over the upcoming weeks.
Question 1:
How does the floor construction differ from the wall construction? If you could be really specific regarding the individual layers, I’d be much appreciative.
Question 2:
How does the floating mechanism work? Is there a difference between its mechanism on the floor vs. the wall?

It’s been a while – but This project ran around $1500 to $1800 (that’s being conservative as the wiring throws the cost up a bit.)
The part which takes the most time is building it while inside a tight, confined area. Even then – it went up in a few weeks.
I don’t really know about the man-hours. The work was grinding and slow when it came to putting this up.

Sad thing is – it’s all gone now. It was broken down about a year ago.

Looks very impressive- I am envious.

Maybe I missed it, but what was the total cost and number of man-hours expended on this project?
